Today marks a major moment in the history of Sansone Companies and, more importantly, in the continued growth of Henderson — and I couldn’t be more excited to share it with you.
On a beautiful day that truly reflected the optimism of the moment, we officially broke ground on our Centurion Mixed Use project — a 24-acre, horizontal mixed-use development that represents our commitment to smart growth, community building, and long-term vision here in Southern Nevada.
Why Centurion Matters
Centurion isn’t just another development — it’s a strategic investment in the future of Henderson.
Located near the future Inspirada Station and adjacent to planned entertainment and hospitality destinations, this project embodies what it means to build with context and purpose. Its proximity to what will be a thriving activity node sets the tone for how we think about mixed-use environments — ones that support residents, retailers, employees, and visitors all in a walkable, engaging setting.
